How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery to your door is 5–7 working days. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. See our delivery page for details.

Are these original antique Tiffany lamps?

No. These are modern Tiffany-style lighting products made in the tradition of the original designs. They are not Tiffany Studios antiques.

Does every product include a complete fitting?

No. Products labelled Lamp Shade are shade-only items and do not include a table base or ceiling or pendant fitting. Check the product specification before purchase.

What do 25.4 cm and 40.6 cm mean?

These sizes describe the nominal shade width. Complete fitting heights vary by product and are listed under Dimensions & specifications on each product page.

Are bulbs included?

Bulbs are not included unless stated. Most designs take standard E27 bulbs; check the required number and maximum wattage on the product page. We stock a matching E27 LED filament bulb.

Will the glass look the same when switched off?

No. Stained glass changes character with illumination and ambient light. Every product page has a light on / light off comparison so you can see both, and natural glass variation and screen differences should be allowed for.

Can I find a matching table and ceiling light?

Yes. Most designs are available across several fitting types, and each product page links to the rest of its design family. Patterns can vary slightly between shade sizes, so compare the photographs.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to cancel and return any order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. See our returns policy for how to arrange a return.
